  • This crowd swallowed the hook - line and sinker! The exact article you pasted in had the insurance company representative saying she never had access to the money- McIntyre arranged an international conference call and a Polish translator to help get the money to the parents.

  • Dateline did not give all the facts as brought out in the trial- They just played to the audience- which makes for ratings and makes people who dont find out for themselves think what ever NBC Dateline wants them to think.

  • It went to his parents - after Jen helped get it to them through the insurance company- the show made it sound as if she got it. Biased reporting- if you kept up with the story during the trial these and other facts were submitted but did not make the papers.

  • the show made it sound as if she had control - actually she just facilitated getting the money to his parents- testomony in court from the insurance company representative said she never could have touched any of the money- but just help set up 3 way calls to Poland so the insurance company could …
